Diversity at Add3
Ally is not a noun.
It’s a verb.
And this page isn’t just words. It’s our action plan to build a culture where difference is valued.
Add3 and Aux Creative are committed to diversity and to equal opportunity employment.
Allyship with our Black Team members is a process and journey that is extremely important to Add3 and Aux Creative. Our Allyship is a path to building trust, understanding, consistency and accountability for all Add3 and Aux Creative in support of our Black team members. Allyship is a crucial part of our fabric.
Black men and women in our country have been systematically oppressed for hundreds of years. For White and non-Black people of color, it is impossible to truly comprehend how that oppression has shaped the Black experience in this country. From microaggressions like a woman clutching her purse when approaching a Black man to the deaths of Black people at the hands of police are examples of how this manifest itself.
As a company we are taking a stand to acknowledge the difficulty of living in this state of oppression. We are taking a stand to learn and to listen and to do all in our power to change the Black experience in our company, our industry, and our country.
To start our allyship journey, Add3 and Aux Creative have adopted King County Equity Now providing them with guidance and resources to expand their brand. We have also donated to the Seattle Black Lives Matter Chapter, National Police Accountability Project, and Seattle Change Coalition. We will continue to find and fund these organizations of change.
Add3 and Aux Creative celebrate the history and contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans. We are devoted to using company resources to build professional development initiatives and community outreach and support to our Latino and Hispanic employees.
Add3 and Aux Creative have deep military roots. We acknowledge the hardships faced when transitioning to civilian life. We are committed to hiring veterans and military spouses and providing skill-set matching.
Add3 and Aux Creative proudly stand with the LGBTQIA+ community. We are committed to building long-standing partnerships with local LGBTQIA+ groups, providing further education on allyship to team members, and ensuring LGBTQIA+ is continuously represented in employee recruitment.
Add3 and Aux Creative are committed to diversity and to equal opportunity employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, or marital status. This policy applies to hiring, internal promotions, training, opportunities for advancement, and terminations and applies to all Add3 employees, volunteers, members, clients, and contractors.
We are committed to doing better.
