I spoke on an SEO panel at the 2011 Seattle Interactive Conference. The title of our session was “SEO & User Experience: Like Peanut Butter & Chocolate”. I was asked to relate a specific story about how we combined SEO practices with improvements in user experience to get results. So I presented a case study on work we did last year for our client NeighborhoodNotes.com to reduce the number of links on pages to improve both the user experience and gain search results.
