Adrian is Add3’s VP Marketing and one of the co-founders.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Adrian: “TAN BODY BUILDER”
What was your major in college?
Adrian: “Psychology. I was biology major, but I didn’t like chemistry or genetics. So I switched. Psychology was fun.”
What brought you to the online marketing field?
Adrian: “In the midway, I decided I didn’t want to be a psychologist because I didn’t really want talking about disorders to be my whole job.haha Then I got out the college, and moved up here. I found out online marketing is interesting because it’s about reaching people and trying to influence their actions. It’s sort of like psychology.”
What do you love about Add3?
Adrian: “ I love the people who work here. I think we’ve got a great team. And I like the great food we have in the kitchen. I also like beating everybody in ping pong.haha I like coming in to work.”
How has Add3 changed since it was founded?
Adrian; “Well, we started off with a great team, and we have kept adding smart, fun people. We try to really make sure that we are the best and the brightest.”

Adrian is Add3’s ping pong prince now since he beat Brian, our previous ping pong prince, in our annual ping pong competition last December.
Adrian: “Actually, I was really excited when I became the ping pong prince because I didn’t think I could!”
Who is your ping pong rival at Add3?
Adrian: “Brian, for sure. We play pretty close.”
What do you do when you are off work?
Adrian: “Hanging out with my wife and kids….That’s it! Entertaining my kids. I have four-year-old son, two-year-old daughter, and one is on the way! We went to the Legoland in Kansas City recently.”
Do you have any hidden talent?
Adrian: “I can juggle…sort of.haha I kind of taught to myself when I was a teenager. I just wanted to see if I could.”
What is your goal in ten years?
Adrian: “Let’s see.. I hope I still have three kids – not any more.haha I just wanna be happy with my wife and kids. I guess that’s it!”
